Together, we’ll look at the systems, from high-pressure work cultures to the layers of your own stories, that keep you in a cycle of depletion. You’ll leave our time together equipped with evidence-based tools and a clear roadmap to prioritize what you truly want, so you can lead a life of joy without the self-blame. I spent years in neuroscience labs at the German Cancer Research Center and Stanford Medical School, but my path eventually led me from the microscope to the heart of community work.
